This seminar also focused on what questions a candidate should ask during the interview.

Looking your Best on Paper: Building a Resume (for HMS masters students)

Lauren presented to masters students at HMS on how to develop resume for various career paths This workshop focused on how to highlight experiences and skills on a resume and the importance of tailoring these documents for specific roles. This seminar provided examples of skills and experiences that should be emphasized for different types of roles including bench research roles, non-bench research roles, business development, marketing, consulting, product/project management roles, and clinical roles. Advice was also provided regarding how to build and format a resume and how to tailor resumes for different roles.
