February 16th Boston networking event for graduate students and medical device companies

On February 16th 2010, Propel Careers will be hosting our second networking event in a series of events planned for 2010, to connect graduate students and post doctoral fellows with life sciences companies. For this event, Propel Careers has organized a panel of medical device industry leaders to discuss their experiences in medical device companies, their career paths, and emerging trends in the industry that students should be aware of as they contemplate their future careers. Together, we can help to foster future life sciences leaders and strengthen our industry. The panel will include the following speakers: Carol Pekar, Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, Abiomed; Dennis Crowley, Vice President, Corporate Development, Covidien; Greg Martin, Vice President of Research and Development, Hologic; Jonathan J.
