Description of Position: Our client is seeking an individual to join their team as a Sr. Consultant to lead a team of analysts and consultants to successfully complete client projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
Responsibilities: Oversee consultants and analysts who are engaged on client projects. Outline timelines, expectations, and deliverables so that projects can be completed on time and on budget. Engage with cross functional teams to ensure successful project completion. Analyze information gathered by the consultants and analysts to pull the details together into a cohesive fashion. Oversee quality control and synthesize insights on client deliverables.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of work experience as a consultant or Senior Consultant in the life sciences sector. Knowledge of the biotech/pharmaceutical space. Experience leading teams. Successful track record of meeting timelines and delivering high quality products to clients. Strong qualitative and quantitative skills. A degree in life science area, i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Psychology, or Public Health. MBA or Ph.D., MD preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

The individual will perform the following types of activities: Work with customers to understand their processes, needs and requirements; Translate requirements into technical solutions based on our client’s platform; Manage customer projects including leading meetings, creating documents and managing scope; Train and support customers; Work with our client’s development team to develop code to actually implement solutions; Ability to write code yourself would be preferred.
