Mentorship is a cornerstone of Propel Careers and provides tremendous value to the individuals involved with Propel Careers. The Mentors within the Propel Careers Network are successful entrepreneurs and business leaders who want to give back to help advance the career potential of our future leaders. The Mentees are typically younger individuals in the transformative stages of their careers. Most mentees are individuals that Propel Careers has placed into full time roles and internships providing them not just placement support, but career development support as well. Mentors lend guidance to the mentees over a 6 month period to enhance their personal and professional development. Mentors and Mentees will be matched based upon preferences as well as career development goals. 

The mentors will provide guidance in career development, personal development, and financial development.
