Career development is critical to building the next generation of successful entrepreneurs. While many opportunities exist in our educational system for younger talent to gain technical skills, there is a great need for opportunities that provide real world experiences through full time placements, internships, and mentoring.

Mission

The mission of Propel Careers is to cultivate talent to produce the next generation of successful leaders and entrepreneurs.  This is done through connecting talent with companies for value added full time placements, internships and mentoring.  Mentoring is a cornerstone of our advantage.  This benefits both the individuals and the companies we work with and provides the mentors an opportunity to lend guidance. 

How do we do that?

We assess the specific needs of each company interested in talent and match individuals based upon their needs.  Our personal network and relationship with each company and individual we work with assists in identifying the relevant skills needed for each opportunity.  We focus on long-term potential, thereby meeting and exceeding the expectations of the companies and talent we work with.
